Service A: Plans request.
Do you need plans drawn for you’re project?
Plans need to be signed of by a registered competent person or the plans will not be accepted when submitted to your municipality. We have our own inhouse draftsman and a registered architect who can assist you with your plan, from drafting to the submission to the municipality for final approval.
Service B: Quote request – have plans
You’ve got municipality approved plans and need a quotation from a contractor for building a new home or additions to an existing home. The National Building Regulations & Building Standards Act (No.103 of 1977) stipulates that no person may erect, alter, add to, or convert any building without the prior approval of the Local Authority.
No matter what your project entails, we provide turn-key building and project management solutions for any size project. Whether you’re building a new home, a factory, offices, a granny flat, renovating an old house or doing home improvements we have professional construction teams with the expertise to provide you with the good service at all times.
Service C: Quote request – don’t need plans
You do not require municipal approved plans and need a quotation from a contractor for kitchen renovations, bathroom renovations, tiling, gutting etc. Generally you don’t require plans for internal renovation provided you are not knocking out load-bearing walls – walls that are integral to the support of the building. Internal remodelling like putting in a new bath or revamping the entire kitchen does not require plans.
Whether you’re renovating a kitchen, renovating a bathroom, or doing other home improvements, we have professional teams to make your dreams come true.
Service D: Request a Quantity Estimate on materials needed for your project. (Owner builders)
We make use of a complete electronic estimating, scheduling and management system for the construction industry. It remains to this day the only construction estimating software to incorporate a full database of Material and Labour rates for each province. ...(more)
